Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Your Circle. Your Circle is the product and consumer brand; the service is provided by Montrelle House GmbH, Zurich, Switzerland, company identification number CHE-308.422.547 ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the automated and AI processing described there. We record which version you accepted; the version in force is 24 August 2026.

Your Circle is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account, and you must not create one for anyone who is not.

You must provide accurate information about yourself, keep your access credentials private, and use Your Circle as yourself rather than on behalf of an undisclosed party. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Access is granted at our discretion, and where access was issued to you personally it is not transferable.

Your Circle surfaces people whose experience, interests or direction appear relevant to yours, and explains why. Both people decide privately, and an introduction opens only where the interest is mutual. We make no guarantee about who will appear, whether an introduction will open, or what will come of it. Nothing here is professional, financial, legal or investment advice, and we do not vet, endorse or take responsibility for any other member or for what any member tells you — including how they describe their own experience.

Our Community Guidelines form part of these terms. In short: do not misrepresent your experience, harass or spam other members, scrape, bulk-collect or resell member information, pass on what was shared with you inside an introduction, use the service for unlawful purposes, or attempt to circumvent its technical protections. We may remove content, limit an account, or suspend or close accounts that do.

After a connection, either person may leave feedback. Feedback must reflect your genuine experience; you may not trade, coordinate, buy or retaliate with it, or otherwise attempt to influence anyone's standing. How prominently you are surfaced to others depends in part on that feedback, as described in the Privacy Policy. Standing is not a right or an entitlement and may change.

You keep the rights to what you write. You grant us the licence needed to store, display and process it in order to operate the service, including automated interpretation of your experience for relevance.

The service is provided as it stands. We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our intent or gross negligence.

You may close your account at any time from within the product. Closing it ends your access immediately; what is removed, detached or completed afterwards is described in the Privacy Policy. We may end this agreement where these terms are breached or where we discontinue the service.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, with the courts of Zurich as the place of jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Montrelle House GmbH remains the contracting party.
